We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position Senior BI / Business Analyst.


Role overview:


Your role is to analyze information inside and outside the company, in order to structure it, make it more reliable, and adapt it to changes in the group and its market. As an information flow and business expert, you position yourself as the interface between the company's functional/operational departments and IT teams. As a result, you provide, through reporting and/or structured analyzes, the information necessary for operational and strategic decision-making.


Main activities:


•    Provide, through reporting and/or structured analyzes you have created or updated, the key information for operational and strategic decision-making.
•    Structure internal and external data from varied sources, automating the data gathering process, and handing over the development to responsible teams.
•    Ensure the consistency and reliability of statistical and financial data through monitoring and data quality controls.
•    Work closely with global leadership to drive standardization, report automation and KPI definitions across all Business Units.
•    Participate in the design of the Dashboards needed for the deployment and monitoring of the company's strategic orientations, or operational priorities.
•    Develop data visualizations in the BI tools and support the operational teams in the use of these functionalities.
•    Communicate and train the user community to new BI tools and reports, ensure the end-user support for the reports you deliver.
•    Work collaboratively, with IT teams and functional departments to support business projects as a reporting expert.
•    Participate in strategic and development thinking of the company through cross-functional analyzes combining financial and non-financial, internal and/or external indicators.

Skills required:


•    At lest 3 years of experience in data analysis/business consulting/finance reporting function
•    Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query)                
•    Analysis/Reporting skills - complex analysis; finance/business performance analysis
•    At least 1 year of Data Management and working with big data loads (SQL, Data Lake, extractions & custom views)
•    Solid understanding of concepts such as ETL, data flows, and optimization techniques
•    At least 2 years of Power BI hands-on experience including Premium Power BI Service.
•    Experience with Software Development lifecycle 
•    Equivalent Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
•    Fluent English
