The objective of the role is to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of contracts and orchestration of the global service delivery, in collaboration with countries, for our Top 80 clients representing €4.5B of revenue. Working in close collaboration with Delivery Managers, Industry Leads and Account Directors, you will be responsible for the creation, collation, analysis and reporting of operational data to assure the smooth running of delivery of the accounts
The successful delivery of our global L80 accounts is of vital importance in ensuring local country delivery teams have the tools, processes and support needed to be as efficient and productive as possible. Global Service Delivery plays a pivotal role in this by providing key links between the demands of our clients and the delivery needs of our local teams and translating them into best practice operations delivery processes.
Our success is derived from building strong partnerships with global clients and TAG colleagues around the world to support all aspects of the delivery management cycle which will determine the overall success of the account, the continued sales and profitability.
To support our team vision, we are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Data Reporting and Analytics Manager to join us and become an integral part of a growing and dynamic team.
- Work in conjunction with central and country delivery teams to support Diamond and Gold clients, prioritised accordingly
- Assess current data strategy and management process with a view to enhancing
- Creating, collating, analysing, validating and distributing data which is required to support client delivery process
- Collaborate with internal and external (customer and suppliers) parties of the company regarding data requirements, validation and offer feedback to them
- Recommend as well as execute new standards and procedures relating to data
- Provide data information to management, project staff, customers and suppliers to inform effective decision making and early issues warnings
- Support the upload of data to the required systems.
- Support the testing of systems and processes through the provision of accurate data
- Institute monitoring process on a regular basis to assess effectiveness and usage of data
- The role will be measured based on client satisfaction, revenue growth, %GM, market share and client KPIs
- 2- 5 years’ experience in a relevant role must possess very good verbal and written business / IT partner interaction skills
- Bachelor’s degree (desirable) or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields
- Fluency in English, additional languages are an asset, especially French, German, Italian or Spanish but not essential
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word (including advanced formatting, able to work comfortably within IT systems (e.g. data entry, database management, record keeping, process flows etc)
- Highly diligent person with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and disciplined to complete tasks comprehensively without compromise
- Ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
- A track record of advising on data to enable business decisions, considering relevant risks, long term implications, commercial realities and stakeholders' needs
