It’s an exciting time to join Akkodis. In this role, you will gain global exposure across regions and functions and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the organization. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategically minded Leadership Engagement Manager to support executive-level engagement. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in business and finance, and a strategy mindset.
What you’ll be doing- Executive Leadership Support
- Prepare management presentations and conduct business data analysis for Board of Directors (BoD) and Executive Committee (EC).
- Plan and execute Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Extended Executive Team (EET) meetings: agenda setting, presentation preparation, minute-taking, follow-ups, and decision tracking.
- Maintain live dashboards to track decisions and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and progress visibility.
- Leadership Event & Information Management
- Support the organization of leadership events.
- Manage SharePoint sites, archive leadership materials, and administer executive communication channels.
- Strategic Coordination
- Monitor cross-functional initiatives, escalate blockers early.
- Coordinate special projects that enhance leadership engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of financial and business fundamentals.
- Exceptional precision and attention to detail, especially in preparing executive-level presentations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, experience in a similar orle or in management consulting is a clear advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in a diverse, international setting.
- Highly structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
- Interest in consulting, high-tech, or engineering sectors.
- Trustworthy and positive attitude.
