Reporting Specialist - RPO

Reporting Specialist ensures consistent, accurate, and efficient reporting and analytics are delivered to Pontoon programs. This role works closely with Business Intelligence Analysts and Program Teams to manage reporting catalogs and handle analysis projects for assigned clients.

• Acting as an SME for all Business Intelligence tools used by the team
• Leading change management and adoption of reporting/analytics
• Ensuring accurate data reporting and analytics before sharing with clients
• Extracting data using Business Intelligence or VMS/ATS tools
• Providing insights on analytic findings and trends to stakeholders
• Managing new client implementations and analytic deliverables
• Ensuring repeatable, high-value analytics for program teams
• Maintaining compliance with company data policies and procedures
• Using case management systems to track reporting requests
• Participating in special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of reporting/analytics experience
• 4+ years of Excel experience (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, Cognos, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.) or ATS tools (Taleo, SuccessFactors, Avature, etc.) preferred
• RPO/MSP/Staffing industry experience is a plus
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change
• Ability to present data/tools to internal & external clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $81,000 and $102,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
