Votre Mission ?- Détecter les meilleurs talents via les jobboards, les réseaux sociaux, les salons de l’emploi et les écoles.
- Accueillir et accompagner les candidats, en s'assurant qu'ils se sentent bien dès le premier jour.
- Créer et gérer des plannings précis pour garantir une organisation sans faille.
- Établir des relations solides avec les clients et les candidats – vous comprenez leurs besoins avant même qu’ils les expriment.
- Assurer le matching parfait en tenant compte des compétences et de la personnalité.
- Gérer l’administratif, les screenings, les assessments et le coaching comme un pro !
En résumé, vous veillez à ce que tout se passe sans accroc, en garantissant une collaboration fluide et efficace entre clients et candidats.
Votre Profil- Vous avez un bachelor, un master ou une expérience pertinente en RH ou dans un domaine commercial.
- Vous êtes un as de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Vous possédez un permis B.
- Vous avez une mentalité hands-on, un esprit commercial et une énergie débordante.
