Du möchtest Dich auf den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen konzentrieren? Bei uns übernimmst Du einen gewachsenen Kundenstamm mit rund 20 etablierten Industrieunternehmen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Großkundengeschäfts suchen wir Dich als Account Manager (m/w/d) in Ulm.
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines festen Kundenportfolios
- Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie persönliche Betreuung Deiner Ansprechpartner
- Identifikation von Personalbedarfen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung Deiner Accounts und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kommunikation
- Pflege von Bewerberportalen und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern für eine transparente Candidate Journey
- Begleitung von Kandidat:innen sowie Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen im Kundeneinsatz
- Aufbau und Pflege Deines eigenen Kandidatennetzwerks
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Pflege von Beziehungen
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Führerschein Klasse B
