Ce stage est à pourvoir dès que possible pour une durée de 6 mois.

Quelles seront vos missions ?
- Gestion de l'accueil physique et téléphonique
- Gestion administrative
- Recrutement des intérimaires
- Sourcing actif pour accroitre notre base de données de candidats
- Mise en poste des intérimaires
- Prise de la commande du client
- Suivi de la mission d’intérim, des périodes d’essai et des fins de contrats
- Transmission d’informations relatives à la sécurité, aux conditions de travail, aux règles à suivre dans l’entreprise cliente
Quel profil recherchons-nous ?
Vous suivez actuellement une formation supérieure dans le domaine RH et/ou commericial, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage d'une durée de 4 à 6 mois.
Agréable et souriant.e, vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de renseigner avec professionnalisme et convivialité nos candidats et clients.
De nature tenace, vous êtes dynamique et aimez prendre des initiatives. Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe, vous êtes rigoureux.se et avez le sens du service. Votre capacité d’organisation, de planification et d’anticipation sera essentielle. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel) et vous vous intéressez aux réseaux sociaux (sourcing web 2.0 Linkedin,...) ?
Enfin, vous partagez nos valeurs, que sont le partage, le sens du service et des responsabilités, l’esprit entrepreneurial et la passion.
