Nous recrutons un Attaché Commercial H/F pour notre agence Adecco de Tours (37).
En tant qu’ambassadeur(drice) de notre marque, votre mission principale consiste à développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients et de prospects.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial de vos agences grâce à vos actions de prospection, votre capacité à identifier les besoins des entreprises et votre aptitude à proposer des solutions adaptées.

En véritable ambassadeur de notre marque, vous participez activement au développement commercial de vos agences et à la conquête de nouvelles parts de marché.
Vos principales responsabilités :
· Prospecter activement et développer un portefeuille clients et prospects sur un secteur défini.
· Promouvoir l’ensemble de nos solutions emploi (travail temporaire, recrutement, CDI I, formation, solution digitale…).
· Construire, négocier et adapter des offres commerciales sur mesure en fonction des besoins exprimés.
· Assurer un suivi de qualité auprès de vos clients et mettre en place d’éventuelles actions correctives pour garantir leur satisfaction.
· Analyser votre activité, réaliser un reporting régulier et assurer une veille concurrentielle pour ajuster vos actions commerciales.
· Transmettre les informations à l’équipe de recruteurs afin qu’ils réalisent la mission de recherche.
Notez bien que ce recrutement est géré depuis notre siège à Lyon, et non par votre agence locale.

Nous recherchons un(e) collaborateur(trice) disposant d’une première expérience commerciale réussie, idéalement acquise dans la vente de prestations de services.
Vous faites preuve d’une réelle appétence pour le développement commercial, d’un fort esprit de conquête et d’un goût marqué pour le challenge.
Votre sens du relationnel, votre dynamisme et votre capacité à travailler en équipe seront essentiels pour vous épanouir dans ce poste.
Une bonne connaissance du tissu économique local ainsi qu’une aisance naturelle avec les réseaux sociaux constitueront de véritables atouts pour renforcer votre impact commercial.

- Rémunération attractive : fixe entre 28,6 K€ et 31,2 K€ sur 13 mois + variable sur objectifs
