About the role

Reporting to the VP of Delivery, the Director of Talent Curation leads our Talent Curation team by executing strategic priorities that will continuously transform and improve current practices.   Positively strengthen the organization’s capabilities in sourcing the right talent in the right place at the right time. Closely partner with business leaders to ensure that all strategies are executed appropriately and seamlessly. Experience with candidate talent attraction at all levels is a plus.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors overall order fulfillment performance and provides updates to leadership, along with data-backed insights to inform adjustments to strategy.
  • Responsible for managing the process of recruitment, hiring, training and development of sourcers and talent curation leadership team.
  • Ensures performance metrics are being monitored and met to ensure overall success of sourcing activities including meeting SLAs and pipeline health.
  • Monitors colleague performance, educates and coaches for career growth and performance improvement, and provides feedback and mentorship to team members.
  • Coordinates and consults with field leadership to better understand overall needs of our clients and provide clear direction to their team.
  • Continuously improves the operating model seeking efficiency and NPS improvements via enhanced processes and technology rollouts.
  • Prepares and presents status reports to key stakeholders on the quality of talent pipeline in the database.
  • Gathers feedback from their team and shares with leadership regarding effectiveness of sourcing campaigns to attract quality talent that aligns with our client proactive needs.
  • Develops strategy to nurture relationships with passive and active candidates throughout the engagement process and within the database.
  • Ensures team members adhere to EEO, data privacy and OFCCP guidelines throughout the sourcing and talent attraction process.
  • Reviews Global Satisfaction Survey results and works with appropriate colleagues to ensure continuous improvement of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with peers to improve overall central delivery processes, client and candidate experience.
  • Pilots, evaluates and rolls out relevant assessment technology solutions and services to match client requirements and be recognized as the industry leader.

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7-10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a leader in a staffing services delivery or fulfillment environment.
  • Expertise with and passion for recruitment technology strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Thorough knowledge of staffing services' operating environment, including processes, standards, and procedures related to candidate talent attraction, recruiting, interviewing, placement, quality assurance, payroll, billing, and financial & management reporting.
  • Proficient with Adecco’s tech stack, including Front Office systems.
  • Strong knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Strong team-management abilities; experience managing remote teams preferred.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and orally.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with varying levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $115,158.00 and $143,948 .00. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.  

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.  Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.

The Company may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire based on client policies or certain regulatory requirements.  As such, TAG may require you to report your COVID-19 vaccination status at time of hire unless prohibited by a state law.   The Company will consider requests for exemption based on medical/disability or religious reasons, or additional reasons if permitted by state law.
