About the role

The Product Manager, Innovation & Digital Projects serves as a key execution and product ownership partner to the VP Digital Products & Innovation, supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of digital product and innovation initiatives across the organization. This role helps translate business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements, roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. The position coordinates cross-functional partners, manages deliverables and dependencies, maintains project and product documentation, supports enhancement prioritization, and helps drive successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology, software, and process solutions.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the VP Digital Products & Innovation in building and maintaining project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans for assigned digital product and innovation initiatives. Complete necessary Tollgate documentation and coordinate as required by The Adecco Group ITD governance.
  • Serve as Product Owner as assigned by VP Digital Products & Innovation, including but not limited to, Copilot Premium, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent building.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project execution, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Digital Marketing, Finance, Operations, business leaders, vendors, and global teams, to gather requirements, clarify scope, resolve issues, and support effective project delivery.
  • Develop and document business requirements, process flows, testing plans, user acceptance criteria, implementation plans, and post-launch support materials.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing by assigning testers, developing user stories, and documenting acceptance/failure criteria and results. Coordinate with end users, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to validate that solutions meet defined business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, decision logs, issue/risk logs, project dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and success measures; escalate risks, barriers, or changes in scope to the VP as appropriate.
  • Help prepare project updates, executive summaries, business case materials, and reporting related to project status, adoption, costs, benefits, and ROI.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical partners to support solution design, functionality, implementation readiness, and change adoption.
  • Coordinate vendor-related project activities, including meetings, deliverables, timelines, documentation requests, and follow-up on open items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, communication routines, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement across digital product initiatives.
  • Support change management activities by helping communicate project updates, preparing stakeholder materials, and assisting with training or adoption resources as needed.

About you

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or managing projects, preferably involving digital products, technology implementation, business process improvement, operations, or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with project plans, timelines, budgets, requirements, documentation, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT, operations, marketing, finance, vendors, or external partners.
  • Proficiency with AI business related tools, particularly Copilot Premium and Copilot Studio.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related certification preferred but not required.

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear project requirements, action plans, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise project updates, summaries, and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build productive relationships across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track actions, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, summarize progress, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous or evolving environments with changing priorities.
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, and sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned around shared project objectives.
  • Familiarity with change management practices, technology implementation, user acceptance testing, and process improvement methodology preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $83,928 - $153,868. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. 


Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
