Inserito/anel team di Mylia, Brand del Gruppo Adecco che opera nell’ambito dello sviluppo e della formazione degli individui, rappresenta il principale interlocutore del Gruppo Adecco per l'attuazione delle stategie Forma.Temp attraverso un'attività di supporto commerciale e tecnico, e con tutoraggio diretto delle attività formative anche al fine di facilitare il cross selling.
Ha la responsabilità della "commessa" attraverso il coordinamento degli attori coinvolti nel progetto, garantendo gli standard di qualità della delivery.
Responsabilità
Si occupa della selezione dei fornitori di territorio e dell'on-boarding.
Ha la responsabilità generale per l'avvio, la pianificazione, l'esecuzione, il monitoraggio, il controllo e la chiusura di un progetto.
E' il principale interlocutore delle Operation WFS di Adecco Italia per l'attuazione delle strategie di gestione dei fondi Forma.Temp.
Mansione
- Garantisce, per la sua area di competenza, il rispetto delle policies, per soddisfare e superare gli standard di qualità legali e globali del Gruppo .
- Garantisce il presidio diretto del Cliente con attività di supporto commerciale, tecnico e con tutoraggio diretto.
- Analizza i bisogni del cliente in ottica di cross selling.

Titolo di studio
- Laurea in materie umanistiche e/o economiche.
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver conseguito Master in Risorse Umane.
Esperienza lavorativa
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi e/o funzione di delivery in ambito formazione e sviluppo e/o in Project Management in ambito analogo.
Altri Requisiti
- Conoscenza delle principali app della suite Office 365 (Teams, Lists, Planner, Forms, Sharepoint)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1).
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving.
- Customer orientation.
- Abilità nel creare una value proposition in accordo con i bisogni del Cliente.
- Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di presentazione al pubblico e relativa applicazione.
