Villeurbanne, France Apply for RoleLHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche un(e) CHARGE(E) DE RECRUTEMENT (H/F) en détachement de 6 mois pour l’équipe Offre Volumique dédiée aux recrutements volumiques au niveau national, basée à Villeurbanne.
Au sein de notre équipe, vous êtes acteur du processus de recrutement de A à Z et prenez part à des projets de recrutement qui vous sont attitrés :
- Vous participez au brief de poste et analysez les besoins du client.
- Vous mettez en place la meilleure stratégie de recrutement et réalisez un sourcing multi-supports pour trouver le candidat correspondant aux attentes fixées.
- Vous effectuez les pré qualifications téléphoniques et entretiens, pour évaluer et valider le profil.
- Enfin, après avoir sélectionné « The » Candidature, vous la transmettez à votre client et assurez le suivi de vos dossiers.

Issu.e d'une formation de type bac+3 à bac+5, vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans le milieu du recrutement.
