Rattaché au Responsable Comptabilité & Process Formation Professionnelle au sein de la Direction des Services Financiers, vous participez à la production comptable des flux financiers liés à la formation professionnelle de l’ensemble des collaborateurs de notre marque Adecco (permanents, intérimaires, CDI intérimaires et alternants). Vous assurez les contrôles et réconciliations nécessaires à la justification des écritures, garantissant ainsi un environnement de contrôle interne fiable et robuste. Vous contribuez également aux projets transverses liés à la formation professionnelle, à sa transformation (digitale notamment), et à son amélioration continue.

Comptabilité

·        Enregistrer, traiter et analyser les mouvements financiers liés à la formation professionnelle, dans le respect des obligations légales et des procédures internes (provisions, cut-off mensuel, produits à recevoir, subventions, etc.).

·        Calculer et comptabiliser les ajustements mensuels afin d’établir la charge théorique de formation par entité.

·        Analyser et réconcilier les soldes de fin de mois (créances formation) en contrôlant leur apurement régulier et leur niveau de provisionnement.

·        Estimer et comptabiliser les produits à recevoir des primes à l'alternance sur la base des contrats signés.

·        Documenter le dossier de révision comptable.

·        Préparer et suivre les versements aux organismes financeurs, notamment l’OPCO du Groupe.

Budget / Contrôle de Gestion

·        Participer à la construction et à l’actualisation des suivis des budgets formation des entités.

·        Aider et supporter l’optimisation de l’imputation budgétaire des dossiers de formation sur les fonds disponibles (suivi des droits de tirage au sein du groupement financier des entités du groupe).

Process

·        Contribuer à la mise en place de contrôles afin de sécuriser les flux comptables.

·        Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus en étant force de proposition.

·        Contribuer aux projets transverses des entités et à l’évolution des outils métier.

·        Se tenir informé(e) des évolutions réglementaires de la formation professionnelle grâce à la veille de la Direction des Affaires Publiques et participer à l’évaluation des impacts financiers.


Doté d'une précédente expérience significative en comptabilité d'au moins 5 ans, vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités de communication, d'analyse et résolution de problème, de planification et d'organisation, d'orientation qualité et de travail en équipe.

Compétences métiers :

·        Maitrise de la comptabilité de la réglementation des dispositifs de formation

·        Maîtrise d’Excel et de ses fonctions avancées

·        Connaissance des logiciels comptables

·        Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
