The Adecco Group, leader mondial des solutions en ressources humaines, recherche un CONSOLIDEUR REPORTING GROUPE (H/F), basé au Siège Social France de Villeurbanne (69).

Au sein du service Consolidation Reporting de gestion, votre rôle consiste à enregistrer, traiter et analyser les informations relatives à des flux entrant dans le périmètre de la consolidation dans le respect des obligations légales, des règles du groupe, des normes USGAAP et des procédures internes.

Vous êtes en charge de l’intégration mensuelle en consolidation des filiales dont la gestion est externalisée, et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de ces entités sur les aspects suivants :

-         gestion du planning de transmission des informations comptables,

-         gestion de l’interface comptable dans l’ERP et les outils de reporting du groupe,

-         proposition d’amélioration sur le process de revue des comptes,

-         proposition de simplification sur le contrôle des flux intragroupe de ces entités.

Vous participez aux travaux mensuels concernant les relations entre les filiales du Groupe. Notamment, vous prenez part aux réconciliations et confirmations des flux intragroupe, au respect et à la mise à jour du plan de compte intragroupe et aux refacturations des charges du Groupe.

Vous avez en charge la production et l’analyse d’états pour les besoins mensuels de la consolidation Groupe, tels que la balance sheet mouvement, les variations de provisions, le détail des account receivables, l’operating cash-flow et la revue analytique. Dans ce cadre-là, vous êtes un des interlocuteurs de référence de la Consolidation Groupe, des directeurs financiers des GBU en France et du DAF France.


Vous avez des connaissances fiscales (différences temporaires/permanentes, impôts différés, réconciliation du résultat fiscal et du montant de l’impôt etc) vous permettant de préparer les tax packages dans le cadre du reporting au Groupe.

Vous jouez un rôle actif dans l’évolution des outils de l’équipe : outil HFM, Microsoft Dynamics / PeopleSoft, GRP et dans les évolutions des processus (nouvelle norme comptable, nouveau reporting Groupe).

De formation supérieure BAC + 5 (M2 Finances/Gestion/CCA…), vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum réussie en consolidation et reporting de gestion dans un groupe ou un cabinet dans un environnement avec un double référentiel comptable (local GAAP et IFRS/US GAAP). Vous connaissez les règles et techniques comptables françaises, vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques de gestion et comptabilité, et vous maîtrisez Excel. Un bon niveau d’anglais est requis (oral et écrit).

Organisé et doté de bonnes capacités d’adaptation, vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre gestion des priorités, votre sens du service et votre réel esprit d’équipe !
