💼 **Votre mission** :
En tant que Coordinateur(trice) Prévention Sécurité, vous serez le pivot entre nos clients et les équipes Adecco Onsite implantées directement chez nos clients. Vous développez des liens de qualité avec les clients/équipes, vous réalisez les audits sécurité afin de proposer des actions correctives. Vous jouez un rôle clé en accompagnant les clients et nos équipes dans le déploiement et pilotage de ces nouveaux projets/outils dans une optique d’optimisation de la prévention et de la sécurité.
Vous accompagnez et formez les collaborateurs sur site aux gestes prévention/sécurité.
Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir sur les sites hébergés, périmètre national.

- Vous possédez une première expérience en prévention et sécurité, couplée à une expertise en gestion de projet idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la logistique ou de l’industrie automobile.
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d’écoute et savez établir des relations de confiance, tant avec les clients qu'avec les collaborateurs d’Adecco Onsite.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et force de proposition, caractéristiques indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions.

- Rémunération attractive entre 40k et 50k € avec un variable jusqu'à 10%.
