 Conseil juridique relations sociales pour les RH

  • Assurer quotidiennement un rôle de conseil auprès des DRH et RRH des différentes BU dans la stratégie sociale globale/ calendrier social de l’entreprise et son déploiement
  • Conseiller les DRH et RRH sur le dialogue social : gestion des représentants du personnel, aide à la préparation des réunions avec les Instances Représentatives du Personnel et négociations
  • Gestion en lien avec les DRH et RRH des précontentieux et contentieux IRP
  • Rédiger les accords collectifs et décisions unilatérales
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination avec la DRS afin de pouvoir préparer utilement les réunions des instances sur son propre périmètre
  • Veiller à la bonne déclinaison dans les instances du périmètre des sujets portés au national   Avoir un rôle d’alerte en cas de dysfonctionnement des instances sur le périmètre

Conseil aux opérationnels

  •  Veiller à la bonne application de nos principes fondamentaux de non-discrimination et d’égalité des chances.
  • Apporter tous les conseils nécessaires aux agences pour que la relation au quotidien avec les élus s’organise au mieux.
  •  Déclinaison  des accords collectifs signés en central

Gestion administrative des IRP

  • Organiser le suivi des heures de délégation, des frais inhérents aux mandats des élus
  • Fournir l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à l’établissement de leur paie – annexe bulletin – au Middle Office pour les élus intérimaires et au service paie pour les élus permanents
  •  Remontée également les éléments au contrôle de gestion pour la bonne imputation des frais
  • Assurer le suivi et la résolution des réclamations individuelles des élus
  • Gérer le disciplinaire en lien avec la DRS

Formation : Master II DROIT du travail

Expérience : expérience juridique en relations collectives
