LEAN MANAGER H/F
VILLEURBANNE, France Apply for RoleAdecco France recrute actuellement son futur Lean Manager H/F en CDI afin de renforcer l’équipe de la direction Delivery Central.
Le poste est basé au siège social à VILLEURBANNE, mais peut être délocalisé sur un autre site du Delivery Central (Paris, Bruges ou Lille).
Le Lean Manager participe à la gestion des projets en lien avec l'activité et pilote le déploiement des nouveaux clients, et accompagne les équipes dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue.
Son périmètre d'intervention est national.
Il a un rôle technique au niveau des processus et méthodes, il a également un rôle pédagogique au niveau des équipes interne et des clients. Il assure un rôle de conseil et de veille sur l'ensemble de son périmètre.
Il a pour principales missions :
Gestion de projets
- Participer aux comités de pilotage des projets.
- Participer au cadrage des projets avec les contributeurs, construire les trames de delivery et rédiger les comptes rendus pour déploiement.
- Participer à la définition de la solution attendue et en assurer le déploiement.
- Définir, mesurer, analyser, innover et contrôler le projet déterminé avec les interlocuteurs dédiés.
Analyse et Diagnostics
- Réaliser des découvertes clients avec les pilotes de comptes identifiés
- Définir les périmètres géographiques et modèle de délivery stratégiques
- Visite terrain pour Mesurer et Analyser le delivery actuel. (Visite terrain)
- Réaliser des analyses de temps, de coût, de qualité, financière + échanges pilotes de compte
- Construire un process cible et rédiger les comptes rendus
Amélioration continue, déploiement et Conception
- Participer à la définition de la solution attendue avec axes d’amélioration / optimisation et en assurer le déploiement
- Créer un Kit de déploiement pour chaque nouveau client
- Optimiser le processus de recrutement (IA, robot, supprimer les actions à NVA..)
Vous disposez d'une formation généraliste en ressources humaines, et disposez déjà d'une expérience de plusieurs années dans le Lean Management et la conduite de projet.
Vous êtes autonome, et disposez d'un bon sens de la planification et d'organisation de votre agenda.
Vous êtes capable d'avoir une bonne analyse des données, et d'accompagner vos interlocuteurs vers le changement.
Vous êtes expert dans l'analyse et la résolution de problème, avec une forte orientation client et qualité.
