CAO Expert
Apply for RoleAdecco zoekt een CAO Expert die verantwoordelijk is voor de correcte toepassing van de CAO voor Uitzendkrachten en de CAO's van opdrachtgevers met betrekking tot de beloning van uitzend- en payrollmedewerkers. Deze rol is cruciaal voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. De CAO Expert speelt een adviserende en sturende rol richting de Front Office en Middle Office en ondersteunt bij het inrichten van regelingen in de systemen van Adecco Nederland. Daarnaast onderhoudt de CAO Expert externe contacten met vakbonden, brancheverenigingen en klanten.
Wat ga je doen?- Zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en borgt compliancy binnen alle processen.
- Richt klanten, cao’s en interne regelingen correct in binnen onze systemen volgens de CAO voor Uitzendkrachten.
- Zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van CAO's en arbeidsvoorwaardenregelingen.
- Adviseert collega’s over de juiste toepassing van cao’s en arbeidsvoorwaarden bij klanten.
- Interpreteert cao-regelgeving in tender- en salestrajecten en vertaalt dit naar praktische oplossingen.
- Verhoogt interne en externe klanttevredenheid door optimale inrichting van systemen en kennisdeling.
- Organiseert trainingen, workshops en communiceert wijzigingen via nieuwsbrieven en intranet.
- Fungeert als dé vraagbaak voor complexe cao-vraagstukken en borgt kennis binnen de organisatie.
- Gesprekspartner voor vakbonden, brancheverenigingen en klanten.
De CAO Expert rapporteert aan de Manager Shared Service Center en werkt voor alle business lines van Adecco Nederland. De standplaats van deze functie is Zaltbommel. Incidenteel ben je ook op locatie aanwezig voor advies.
Wat bieden wij?- Flexibele werktijden: fulltime (40 uur) of parttime (32 uur, bespreekbaar).
- De inschaling van deze functie is: schaal 8/(9) € 4131,- en € 5874,- b/p/m 40 uur
- Extra voordelen: 13 ADV-dagen (eerste jaar uitbetaald, daarna opneembaar), 25,5 vakantiedagen en een bonusregeling.
- Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling.
- Veel carrièremogelijkheden binnen een internationaal bedrijf, ook wereldwijd.
- Afgeronde HBO opleiding in een bedrijfseconomische richting zoals HR of MER.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de markt voor flexibele arbeid, bij voorkeur in een adviserende rol.
- Communicatief vaardig en gesprekspartner op directieniveau.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en sterk analytisch vermogen.
- Affiniteit met administratieve processen.
