Als Total Rewards Analyst BENELUX ondersteun je de Total Rewards-organisatie, met een belangrijke focus op Nederland.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of Total Rewards en ondersteunt bij Compensation & Benefits, analyses en rapportages, compliance en verschillende Reward-projecten. Een brede functie waarin data, HR en projectcoördinatie samenkomen en waarin je je verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen Total Rewards en Compensation & Benefits.
Als Total Rewards Analyst houd je je onder andere bezig met:
- Ondersteunen van Compensation & Benefits-activiteiten in Nederland, waaronder salarisreviews, bonusprocessen en salarisbenchmarks.
- Beheren, controleren en analyseren van belonings- en arbeidsvoorwaardendata.
- Opstellen van rapportages, dashboards en managementinzichten en signaleren van relevante trends, risico's en kansen.
- Ondersteunen en coördineren van lokale en internationale Total Rewards-projecten.
- Meewerken aan de implementatie en verbetering van Reward-programma's, beleid en processen.
- Actueel houden van beleid, procedures en documentatie en ondersteunen bij compliance en interne audits.
- Volgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van compensation & benefits.
- Samenwerken met HR, Payroll, Finance, externe leveranciers en het bredere BENELUX Reward-team.
- Inzetten van Excel, HR-systemen en AI-tools om analyses, rapportages en processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken.
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.850 en € 4.250.
- Een brede rol binnen de BENELUX Total Rewards-organisatie, met een belangrijke focus op Nederland.
- De kans om mee te werken aan zowel Nederlandse als internationale Reward-projecten.
- Veel ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards en HR Analytics.
- Nauwe samenwerking met ervaren Reward-professionals en collega's binnen HR, Payroll en Finance.
- De mogelijkheid om met data, AI en technologie HR- en Reward-processen verder te verbeteren.
- Een functie waarin je direct bijdraagt aan beloning, arbeidsvoorwaarden en de employee experience van medewerkers.
Je bent analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en weet data te vertalen naar heldere inzichten. Daarnaast beschik je over:
- 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen bijvoorbeeld HR, Compensation & Benefits, Reward, HR Analytics, Payroll Analytics of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Gevorderde kennis van Excel en affiniteit met data en rapportages.
- Ervaring met HR-systemen en rapportagetools.
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en ervaring met projectcoördinatie.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken.
- Interesse in AI, technologie en het verbeteren van digitale processen.
- Een professionele beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van HR, bedrijfskunde, economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
