In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie als 360-Degree Senior Sales/Recruitment Consultant eng mit Ihrem Team zusammen und führen selbstständig, folgende Aufgaben aus:
- Analyse des Marktes unter Berücksichtigung des industriellen Umfelds unserer Kunden
- Verwaltung der Kandidaten-Suche und die direkte Ansprache der Kandidaten, die Sie identifiziert haben
- Durchführen von Interviews mit potenziellen Kandidaten
- Entwicklung und Pflege einer Kandidaten-Datenbank durch proaktiven telefonischen und persönlichen Austausch mit Kandidaten auf dem Markt
- Aktive Teilnahme an Events
- Akquise neuer Kunden über entsprechende Business Development Tools
- Ausbau von Geschäfts-Partnerschaften durch Führen von persönlichen Kunden-Meetings
- Aufbau langfristiger Kunden- und Kandidaten-Beziehungen sowie Netzwerkpflege
- Kunden-Pitches für spannende Grossprojekte
- Kundenberatung und Angebotserstellung inkl. Konditionsverhandlungen
- Präsentation der Dienstleistung beim Kunden
Sie werden im stetigen Kontakt mit hochkarätigen Spezialisten und Führungskräften sein und direkte Einsicht in Unternehmensstrategien, interessante Projekte sowie Best-Practice haben. Durch diese Einsicht in verschiedensten Funktionen, Marktentwicklungen, Branchen und Unternehmen werden Sie eine steile Lernkurve haben. Anforderungsprofil- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise kombiniert mit erster Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und Consulting
- Überzeugende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein gewinnendes Auftreten
- Freude in einem multikulturellen, internationalen und begeisternden Umfeld zu arbeiten
