Wir suchen ab sofort einen Senior IT Recruiter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Zürich.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Der Schwerpunkt deiner Aufgabe besteht in der Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Engineering / IT für unsere Endkunden
Hierzu stimmst du dich bezüglich der Anforderungen mit den Bedarfsträgern ab und beratest versiert bei der Besetzung von Stellen
Du prüfsteingehende Bewerbungen, triffst eine Vorauswahl und führst Ergespräch
Darüber hinaus suchst du aktiv nach passenden Kandidaten über gängige Rekrutierungs-Plattformen wie LinkedIn,github oder Stackoverflow und sprichst diese proaktiv an
Du organisierst virtuelle Rekrutierungstage und vertrittst das Unternehmen
Die Erschliessung neuer Rekrutierungskanäle zum ktinuierlichen Auf- und Ausbau des Kandidatenpools gehören ebenfalls zu Aufgabengebiet

Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an der Kommunikation mit Menschen im direkten Austausch
Du bist kommunikationsstark sowie souverän im Auftreten und beherrschst neben der deutschen Sprache auch die englische in Wort und Schrift
