Als Trainee Corporate Communications bekommst du ab dem 01. August 2026 für die Dauer eines Jahres (ausbildungsbedingtes 4tes Schuljahr) eine breite Einsicht in alle administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben aus dem HR-Bereich. Dies beinhaltet Routinetätigkeiten, welche sich durch die gesamte Dauer der Anstellung der Mitarbeitenden ziehen. Darüber hinaus hilfst du in unterschiedlichen Themengebieten mit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für interne Kanäle (Intranet, Newsletter, Townhalls)
  • Mitarbeit bei der externen Kommunikation, inkl. Social Media, Medienmitteilungen und Website-Inhalten
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Kommunikation von internen Events
  • Monitoring und Reporting von Kommunikationsaktivitäten
  • Pflege von Medien- und Kontaktlisten
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten im Bereich Employer Branding und Change Communication
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
  • Selbstständige Recherche in verschiedenen Bereichen
About you
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, alle anderen Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Interesse an einem Internationalem Umfeld, Kommunikation, Medien und digitalen Trends
  • Offene, motivierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit

  • Diskretion
