Votre rôle : contribuer à des projets Data & IA à fort impact



The Adecco Group est engagé dans une transformation IA profonde. Notre équipe pilote les projets d'intelligence artificielle au service des métiers RH, du recrutement et de la performance commerciale. En tant qu’alternant(e) Data Scientist / Assistant IT, vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à nos équipes Digital, Data & Innovation et participerez à des projets stratégiques mêlant data science, IA et produits digitaux.  

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires : Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers et experts métiers. 

Vos missions : Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de la data :

Data & analyse

  • Collecter, nettoyer et structurer des données issues de différents systèmes 
  • Explorer et analyser les données pour identifier des insights à forte valeur 

Data Science & IA 

  • Participer au développement de modèles (machine learning, IA générative, etc.) 
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des algorithmes existants 

Développement & industrialisation 

  • Développer des solutions techniques et les intégrer dans nos outils 
  • Participer à l’industrialisation et au déploiement de solutions data à l’échelle 

Innovation & produit 

  • Contribuer à des projets innovants autour des produits digitaux 
  • Collaborer avec les équipes digitales pour concevoir des solutions centrées utilisateur 
  • Être force de proposition sur de nouveaux cas d’usage IA 
  • Participer à la veille sur les outils et usages IA dans le secteur des services RH 

Environnement de travail 

  • Équipe IT, Digital et Data dynamique et collaborative 
  • Encadrement par un Data Scientist experimenté 
  • Exposition à un écosystème complet : Data, Produit, UX/UI, IT, Digital  
  • Utilisation de technologies modernes et outils Data avancés (LLMs, plateformes cloud, environnements agentiques) 
  • Participation à des projets concrets avec un impact métier réel

Objectifs de l’alternance 

  • Concevoir et déployer un pipeline de données complet, de l'extraction à la restitution, sur un cas métier réel 
  • Développer une posture de data scientist responsable : modéliser, documenter, tester, expliquer  
  • Produire des analyses exploitables directement par des équipes métier sans intermédiaire technique 
  • Développer une vision globale des enjeux data et digitaux en entreprise 
  • Être au cœur des innovations IA du Groupe 

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau d’études : Bac +3 à Bac +5
  • Types de formation souhaitée : Informatique, data science, statistiques ou école d’ingénieurs, Formation en alternance avec spécialisation Data / IA
  • Appétence forte pour les sujets data, IA et innovation digitale
  • Maitrise d’une langue requise : Français et Anglais professionnels indispensables
  • Maitrise d’outils informatique : Notions en machine learning et statistiques. Bonne maîtrise de Python ou autres langages de programmation utilisées en Data Science (pandas / R etc…)
  • Connaissances en SQL et bases de données (Oracle / Databricks / Microsoft Fabric / Snowflake …)
  • Connaissances en environnement cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
