The Adecco Group, leader mondial des solutions en ressources humaines, recrute un Business Analyst H/F au sein de la DSI, dans le domaine Middle Office IT. Basé à Villeurbanne et rattaché au Solution Manager, vous accompagnerez l’évolution des solutions de gestion documentaire utilisées par les équipes support des GBU France ainsi que par nos clients exploitant les solutions VMS (intérim, recrutement permanent, facturation, paie, déclaratif légal).
Votre rôle sera central afin d'analyser les besoins, concevoir les solutions, coordonner les parties prenantes et garantir la qualité fonctionnelle des livrables.
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Analyse des besoins et cadrage fonctionnel
· Animer et participer aux ateliers de recueil des besoins.
· Comprendre les processus métier, analyser les demandes et challenger les besoins exprimés.
· Rédiger, structurer et valider les spécifications générales et détaillées.
· Garantir la compréhension et la faisabilité technique auprès des équipes de développement.
Conception, coordination et suivi des développements
· Faire le lien entre les équipes métier, développeurs et architectes, en assurant un alignement constant.
· Contribuer à la conception fonctionnelle des solutions dans le respect des standards Groupe.
· Participer à l’élaboration des plans de tests.
· Réaliser les tests d’intégration, suivre les anomalies et accompagner la recette utilisateur.
· Gérer le support niveaux 2 et 3, en coordination avec les équipes de développement pour prioriser et résoudre les incidents.
Documentation et accompagnement utilisateur
· Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle, les guides utilisateurs et supports de formation.
· Accompagner la prise en main des solutions et soutenir les équipes métier lors des déploiements.
De formation supérieure en systèmes d’information ou domaine technique, vous disposez d’une bonne compréhension des architectures applicatives, API et bases de données. Vous maîtrisez les outils techniques nécessaires au poste : SQL sur MongoDB, Oracle ou Elastic Search, Postman, analyse de traces, dashboards Azure.
Vous connaissez les processus ITIL (incidents, problèmes, changements, demandes) et savez dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs métier comme techniques.
Rigoureux(se), analytique et doté(e) de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, vous savez vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes. Vous êtes organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs activités simultanément et appréciez le travail en équipe.
Un anglais professionnel est requis afin d'interagir avec les équipes internes du Groupe et les partenaires internationaux.
