STAGE DATA ANALYST H/F

Au sein du groupe Adecco et particulièrement au sein de la Direction de la Performance de la D.O DC, nous accompagnons les différentes directions de l'entreprise dans le pilotage de leur activité grâce à la donnée, l'analyse et les outils décisionnels.
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Data Analyst / Power BI pour renforcer notre équipe et participer à l'amélioration continue de nos outils de reporting et d'analyse.
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Performance et en collaboration directe avec notre référent Data & Analyse, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :
- Création, mise à jour et amélioration de tableaux de bord Power BI.
- Production et maintenance de reportings réguliers pour les différentes directions de l'entreprise.
- Mise à jour et fiabilisation de fichiers de pilotage sous Excel.
- Recueil et analyse des besoins des utilisateurs.
- Échanges réguliers avec les différentes parties prenantes afin de garantir la qualité et la pertinence des données utilisées.
- Automatisation des rapports et des tâches récurrentes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Traitement de demandes d'analyses ponctuelles et réalisation de requêtes spécifiques.
- Participation à la résolution de problématiques métiers nécessitant une analyse de données ou une approche statistique.
- Contrôle de la cohérence et de la qualité des données.
- Contribution à la documentation des outils et bonnes pratiques de l'équipe.
Profil recherché :
- Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur, université, école de commerce ou formation spécialisée en Data, Statistiques, Informatique décisionnelle ou équivalent.
- Vous recherchez un stage de 4 mois minimum.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel (formules avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques…)
- Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise de Power BI (modélisation de données, DAX, création de rapports et tableaux de bord).
- Vous avez des connaissances en analyse de données et en statistiques.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
