Als Senior Communicatiespecialist vertaal jij onze missie en ambities naar heldere communicatie voor onze opdrachtgevers, flexmedewerkers en medewerkers. Met jouw passie en expertise neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het communicatiebeleid om onze merken optimaal te laden. Je komt te werken in een dynamische, resultaatgerichte en internationale omgeving.
What you’ll be doing- Je stelt het interne en externe communicatiebeleid op en bent in de lead voor de uitvoering van dit beleid;
- Je maakt communicatiestrategieën- en plannen voor onder andere verandertrajecten binnen de organisatie;
- Je adviseert de directie over het te voeren mediabeleid, voert waar nodig de regie en stelt persberichten op;
- Je weet uiteenlopende informatiestromen te vertalen naar communicatiemiddelen die maximaal aansluiten bij onze verschillende doelgroepen;
- In samenwerking met de content en social media specialist werk je communicatietrajecten uit;
- Je wordt onderdeel van het marketingteam en rapporteert direct aan de marketing manager.
- Je hebt een functionele lijn naar de HR-directeur en werkt nauw samen met de directie
- Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met communicatie- en beïnvloedingsstrategieën en verandercommunicatie;
- Je bent hands-on en houdt van schrijven en zet de puntjes op de i;
- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële corporate organisatie;
- Je bent een teamplayer maar ook solistisch werken schrikt jou niet af;
- Je bent een aanjager, een verbinder én een afmaker;
- Je bent een strategisch denker en vertaalt zaken makkelijk naar de praktijk;
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief, een zelfstarter en resultaatgericht;
- Je weet als geen ander dat communicatie nooit op zichzelf staat en streeft altijd naar een geïntegreerde benadering van communicatievraagstukken;
- Je bent in staat om een helicopterview te houden en van daaruit te schakelen naar communicatie.
- Een aantrekkelijk salaris (afhankelijk van je ervaring tussen € 3872 en € 5693 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 u/week)
- Uitstekende aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 13e maand, onkostenvergoeding, kilometervergoeding, 8,33% vakantietoeslag en pensioenopbouw;
- Een interessante incentive regeling;
- Op basis van fulltime: 25,5 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV dagen (of 5% salarisverhoging);
