Intelligence Manager

The manager, Pontoon Intelligence Strategy & Implementation, is responsible for the strategic direction, as well as the successful implementation of innovative, data-driven analytics and reporting solutions that empower clients and colleagues to make the best decisions for their contingent workforce strategy.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with cross-functional teams to evolve and execute our strategy that aligns with our vision and mission.

· Requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements to existing products.

· Prioritize inputs: Apply strategic and pragmatic thinking to synthesize and prioritize requirements

· Innovation roadmap development: Create a roadmap that outlines the features, benefits, and timeline for developmen of business intelligence solutions.

· Collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure smooth delivery and agile progress

· Lead a team of specialists implementing analytics solutions in client programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience designing and implementing data-analytics solutions that create real insights in large contingent workforce programs

· Experience with data visualization and storytelling to create and deliver actionable analytics insights

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Have product mindset that combines business acumen with technology understanding and empathy for users

· Motivation to understand buyers, customers and users, their values, and championing their voice

· Prioritizing user research, journeys, and insights that count

· Establishing trust to maximize the impact of data analytics and personalization

· Collaborating with sales & marketing to launch new features and products successfully

· Ability to leverage AI tools like CoPilot to maximize productivity and quality

· Staying current: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $78,000 and $110,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
