Mission

To own and manage the Adecco Group worldwide consolidation process under US GAAP including the related analysis and preparation of the Annual and Half Yearly reports, and Group External Audit process.

Responsibilities
  • Owns and manages the monthly close/country reporting process
  • Owns and manages the consolidation and IC processes under US GAAP
  • Owns and manages the related master data for the Group Consolidation (e.g. legal entities, global chart of accounts etc.)
  • Owns and manages the annual and half-yearly reports
  • Owns the monthly group consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
  • Owns and manages the Group External Audit process
  • Owns and manages the Group pre-approval process
  • Develops solutions to complex problems by engaging with the appropriate teams, identifies issues and offers creative solutions
  • Collaborates with other group functions, countries and finance teams
  • Consults, leads and/or supports multiple large, complex, cross-functional or business segment projects
Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience with “Big 4” and/or industry, having experience with external financial reporting and a strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS in an international environment
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of External Reporting and Financial Close activities, Consolidation, Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Team-player with sound analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work well independently and perform well under pressure
  • The ability to multitask while focusing on special projects
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
