The Adecco Group is the world’s leading provider of workforce solutions, transforming the world of work through talent and technology. Our Group Public Affairs team at Zurich headquarters is looking for a dynamic team player with a curious mind to join us as of January 2021, on a 50% basis.
- Proactive office management of the Function, including effective co-ordination of activities, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements.
- Support the team at global HQ with record keeping, data management and project deliverables. This includes managing and populating the Function’s data hubs such as the shared drive, the intranet site and the relevant section on the Group website.
- Support in drafting public affairs deliverables for internal and external stakeholders, by acting as counterpart that source the input from across the Group Function in the 60 countries the Group operates in, as well as other relevant support in producing deliverables.
- Support in the design, development and execution of a number of public affairs events, either virtually or physically, by covering logistics and (on-site) event management.
- Keeping track of project expenses and expense reporting of the Team Leader.
- General Educational Development Certificate.
Type of work experience
- At least 5 years in a similar work environment are required
- An affinity with public affairs, international issues, project management/coordination or administration are considered a plus.

- Collaborative and familiar working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate correctly with different stakeholders including high-level decision makers
- Organised person looking for efficiency in operations
- Pro-active, positive and can-do attitude.
- Promptness and attention to detail
- Knowledge of all MS Programs
- Business fluent in English, further languages are beneficial.
