We are currently looking for the right person to join our company as an Intern, Integrity & Compliance. In the role, you will provide support to the Integrity & Compliance function with creating a new Adecco Group Code of Conduct. This position reports to the Group Integrity & Compliance Operations Manager.


Responsibilities

The main objective of this internship is to support the Integrity & Compliance function and the Code of Conduct project’s Steering Committee with the following activities:

  • Providing support during the content review of the draft of the new Code of Conduct (e.g., tracking activities, preparing materials for review, summarizing feedback, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials such as PPTs, taking meeting minutes)
  • Providing support during the layout and translation of the new Code of Conduct (e.g., coordination and tracking of translations and translation reviews)
  • Providing support during the creation of rollout activities related to the new Code of Conduct (e.g., helping create content, tracking activities, scheduling and preparing meetings, coordinating and tracking translation reviews, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc support on other integrity & compliance initiatives, especially related to the rollout of the new Adecco Group Code of Conduct
Education
  • University or University of Applied Science degree (or current student); interest in integrity & compliance


Type of work experience

  • IT-savvy and experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent business English skills (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • Project management skills, preferably in a virtual environment, is a plus
