- Initiierung und Durchführung der Kunden- und Auftragsakquise
- Beratung der Ansprechpartner:innen hinsichtlich der Personalplanung und Besetzung der offenen Vakanzen
- Angebotserstellung, Kalkulationen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften durch eigene kreative Active Sourcing Aktivitäten im Bereich Social Media, Jobportalen und Netzwerkpflege
- Führen von telefonischen, virtuellen und persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Erfolgreiches und strategisch ausgerichtetes Matching von Kandidaten:innen und Unternehmen
- Nachhaltige Betreuung und Ausbau der bestehenden Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Fokus auf Cross-Selling-Aktivitäten
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen der anderen Standorte zusammen
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, und bringst fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Beratungsumfeld im B2B-Segment sammeln
- Des Weiteren überzeugst Du mit ausgezeichnetem Verhandlungsgeschick und einem hohen Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Du legst Wert darauf, deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig zu strukturieren
- Deine ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise sowie deine klare Zielorientierung, zeichnet Dich aus
- Darüber hinaus pflegst Du gerne ein bereites Business-Netzwerk und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen mit
- Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis (PKW, Klasse B) liegt Dir vor, damit Du unsere Firmenkunden persönlich besuchen kannst
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
- Vorurteilsfreie Herangehensweise an neue Menschen und Aufgaben
