CHARGE DE RECRUTEMENT H/F

Adecco France recrute actuellement son futur Chargé de recrutement H/F en CDD afin de renforcer l’équipe Agence Centrale de la direction Delivery Central, situé au sein du site de Mont Saint Aignan.
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous interviendrez pour le compte d’un acteur majeur du secteur pharmaceutique, sur des recrutements à forts enjeux couvrant l’ensemble de ses sites implantés sur le territoire national, dans un environnement structuré et stimulant.
vos Missions :
Recrutement d’intérimaires :
• Accueillir, orienter et inscrire les candidats (physique et téléphonique)
• Constituer, saisir et mettre à jour les dossiers dans la base de données
• Sourcer activement des candidats via les outils internes et jobboards
• Rédiger et diffuser les annonces de recrutement et en assurer le suivi
• Effectuer les présélections (CV, téléphone, visio)
• Conduire des entretiens et réaliser les prises de références
• Évaluer les compétences via tests métiers et entretiens
• Rédiger des synthèses et valoriser les profils auprès des interlocuteurs
• Sélectionner et déléguer les candidats en adéquation avec les besoins clients
Pilotage et coordination :
• Anticiper et coordonner les besoins en recrutement sur votre périmètre
• Suivre, analyser et piloter votre activité via des indicateurs clés
• Assurer des recrutements conformes aux processus et exigences client
Communication et partenariats :
• Contribuer à une dynamique collaborative avec les équipes internes
• Développer des partenariats avec les acteurs de l’emploi et les établissements de formation
Compétences attendues :
• Formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 dans le domaine du recrutement ou des Ressources Humaines
• Aisance relationnelle et curiosité
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et bon niveau d’élocution
• Adaptabilité
• Goût du challenge
• Sens du service et de l’écoute
• Prise de recul
• Réactivité
• Gestion des priorités
• Maîtrise de soi (gestion du stress)
