Vous intervenez dans les domaines du travail temporaire, du recrutement en CDD/CDI, en CDI intérimaire et sur la formation.
Vos missions :
- Vous participez à l’accueil de nos candidats, collaborateurs intérimaires et clients/prospects
- Vous recrutez sur votre bassin d’emploi les meilleures compétences afin de répondre aux besoins de nos entreprises,
- Vous assurez la fiabilité des éléments administratifs nécessaires à l’activité de votre agence, à la mise à l’emploi des collaborateurs et au bon déroulement des missions,
- Vous contribuez au développement du site et des parts de marché sur votre bassin d’emploi.
Vous avez une expérience réussie dans le recrutement et une appétence pour les ressources humaines. Vous avez une vraie aisance relationnelle. Vos qualités d’organisation et votre ténacité vous seront utiles au quotidien. Vous avez une forte énergie et vous aimez tout gérer de front.
Rémunération : selon profil 25,3 à 27K€ annuel (dont un 13ème mois) + rémunération variable sur objectifs.
