En tant que Responsable d’Agence, vous serez l’acteur clé de la performance de votre équipe et du succès de votre agence. Votre mission : faire briller Adecco en alliant vente, gestion d’équipe et pilotage financier. Vous serez un(e) leader inspirant(e) et déterminé(e), avec l’ambition de dépasser les objectifs et d’élever constamment l’expérience client.
Vos responsabilités :Management d’équipe : Vous êtes un(e) véritable coach ! Vous recrutez, formez et motivez une équipe de talents, vous insufflez une dynamique positive, organisez des réunions inspirantes et suivez les performances pour atteindre ensemble des résultats exceptionnels.
Développement commercial : Vous êtes un(e) chasseur(se) d’opportunités. Vous identifiez de nouveaux projets, fidélisez vos clients et positionnez Adecco comme le partenaire incontournable des entreprises de votre région.
Pilotage financier : Vous êtes le capitaine du navire ! Vous définissez les budgets, suivez les prévisions financières et dépassez les objectifs fixés. Vous êtes l'expert(e) pour maintenir une gestion saine et une rentabilité optimale.
Satisfaction client : Vous êtes obsédé(e) par l’expérience client ! Vous assurez un suivi de qualité, gérez les imprévus avec réactivité et garantissez une satisfaction totale pour vos partenaires et vos clients.
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le secteur des RH et le commerce, et vous avez une première expérience réussie en management et développement commercial.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l’oral et à l’écrit, et vous êtes capable de vous adapter à tous types de situations.
Vous êtes un(e) leader charismatique, capable de motiver et d’inspirer votre équipe grâce à un style de management orienté coaching.
Vous êtes organisé(e), pragmatique et centré(e) sur les résultats. Le stress ? C’est votre carburant pour réussir !
Vous êtes flexible et mobile, et vous possédez un permis de conduire B, prêt(e) à rayonner dans votre région.
