Vos missions au quotidien :
Management & Leadership
Piloter et accompagner le développement de votre équipe composée de 2 collaborateurs (recrutement, intégration, formation).
Animer, fédérer et motiver vos collaborateurs pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
Fixer des objectifs individuels et collectifs, déléguer efficacement et responsabiliser vos équipes.
Évaluer les compétences, mettre en place des plans de développement et fidéliser les talents.
Stratégie & Développement
Décliner la stratégie commerciale du groupe sur votre périmètre.
Élaborer et suivre les plans de développement de votre agence
Analyser le marché, identifier les opportunités et anticiper les évolutions du secteur santé.
Business & Relation Client
Déployer et promouvoir nos offres de travail temporaire et recrutement auprès des établissements de santé.
Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et prospects.
Négocier les conditions commerciales et garantir la satisfaction client.
Assurer un suivi qualité et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
Gestion & Performance
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marge, rentabilité) et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration
Garantir la conformité réglementaire et la maîtrise des risques financiers.
Superviser la gestion administrative des dossiers clients et intérimaires.
Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) orienté(e) résultats, issu(e) d’une formation à dominante commerciale. Fort(e) d’une expérience commerciale réussie idéalement acquise dans la prestation de services ou dans le domaine médico-social, vous savez manager des équipes en proximité, piloter des projets stratégiques et générer une croissance durable.
Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) leader dynamique, capable de conjuguer vision stratégique et excellence opérationnelle pour faire la différence dans un environnement compétitif.
Ce que nous offrons :
Rémunération : fourchette de fixe entre 36.4K€ et 39 K€ sur 13 mois + 25% de part variable.
