Responsable d'agence secteur Medical (h/f/d)
Lausanne, Switzerland Apply for RolePour nous soutenir dans le développement de nos activités de service en ressources humaines, axé relations commerciales clients et recrutement de collaborateurs temporaires et fixes, nous engageons, au plus vite ou à convenir, pour notre succursale de Lausanne un/e Responsable d'agence secteur Medical.
Ce que vous allez faire- Participation aux actions commerciales terrain : développement de votre réseau, prospection, rencontre des décideurs économiques régionaux ;
- Développement commercial de la succursale médicale : acquisition de nouveaux clients, prospection, fidélisation et suivi de clients ;
- Gestion opérationnelle, stratégique et managériale de la succursale ;
- Vérification hebdomadaire de la planification (envoi de dossiers, inventaires des candidats, suivi de clients, et des actions menées) ;
- Accompagnement, formation, coaching, et management des membres de votre équipes ;
- Soutien de l’équipe de consultants de votre agence dans leurs actions d’acquisition et de fidélisation des candidats pour garantir une collaboration pérenne ;
- Grâce à votre formation médicale et / ou commerciale, vous avez des connaissances du secteur de la santé ;
- Vous avez développé un réseau sur le secteur régional et vous connaissez son tissu économique ;
- D’un leadership développé, vous savez accompagner vos équipes vers le succès ;
- Vous avez une affinité pour les réseaux sociaux, les outils numériques et vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres ;
- Vous avez des capacités conceptuelles et une bonne compréhension stratégique avec un mode de pensée et d’action entrepreneurial ;
- Vous êtes sociable et curieux/se, vous aimez aller à la rencontre des autres, et les échanges sont une source de motivation pour vous ;
- La maitrise du français est nécessaire pour ce poste, ainsi qu’une maitrise de l’anglais (niveau B1/B2 minimum) ;
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire ;
- Un travail intéressant, autonome et très varié vous attend, avec beaucoup de responsabilités personnelles
