Business/ Branch Manager Office Angels - Cambridge

Reporting to the Operations or Area Manager, the Business Manager is responsible for increasing branch revenue by maintaining and growing Office Angel’s market share in their geographical area.

It is the Business Manager’s responsibility to implement and lead Office Angels’ business plans at branch level, ensure the branch achieves and exceeds its objectives and KPIs and effectively manage all branch operations and members, including the provision of effective support and coaching to their team.

• Interpreting and implementing the brand business strategy into clear, achievable and        measurable goals
• Analysing, monitoring and delivering on key metrics and KPIs for the branch
• Reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including P&L management
• Delivering customer excellence by embracing the Office Angels culture and leading from the front
• Developing solutions regarding customer-related issues to ensure client and candidate  satisfaction
• Increasing market-share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales and    service efforts in branch
• Identifying and recruiting new team members, training them in effective recruitment techniques
• Developing, inspiring and coaching your branch team to ensure that objectives are achieved and exceeded
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team  to achieve success

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial attitude to your business
• Resourceful and comfortable looking outside of the branch to the wider market for inspiration and solutions
• Maintain credibility, demonstrating your professionalism and experience in the recruitment industry
• Builds resilience and tenacity personally and in the team
