Key Account Manager
ティルブルフ, オランダ王国 申し込むThe primary function of the Key Account Manager is to take responsibility for the delivery of all agreed recruitment and onsite solutions within a dedicated area within the one of the biggest Adecco Netherlands customer.
The Key Account Manager will be required to deliver against the contractual SLA’s detailed within the client work order. Main KPI’s are managing and reducing Absence and Attrition in line with client SLA’s, shift and labour pool fulfilment, driving innovation and transformation, and ensuring data reporting accuracy in line with contractual obligations. You will work with your Ecosystem Deal Executive, and the wider Adecco Group to develop business plans, processes and internal SLA's. You will also take responsibility for customer and candidate satisfaction within your accounts, putting agreed action plans in place where necessary.
You will be expected to:
- Establish networks that will help identify opportunities for developing current and additional business within the existing account
- Assist in the introduction of new products and business lines into the client(s), under the direction and guidance of Adecco Group Sales teams
- Assist in the creation of area business plans for specific clients in line with the business strategy
- Qualify service requirements, ensure that the delivery function serving your area have all necessary information and contact to maximise any revenue opportunity
- Create, manage and maintain the key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Act as point of referral for escalation of client issues
- Ensure client invoicing is undertaken in accordance with contract terms and timescales
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Ecosystem Deal Executive
- Drive quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring KPI’s on all aspects of the service
You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:
- Numerate and detail-conscious
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- High level of self-motivation - hard working, able to respond well to pressure, tight deadlines and flexible hours in order to achieve agreed objectives
- Flexibility in regards to travel – this may be at short notice dependant on client requirements
