- Je host de wekelijkse live onboarding, waarbij je meer dan 100 nieuwe kandidaten ontvangt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ze volledig op de hoogte raken van alles wat nodig is om van start te kunnen gaan.
- Je bereidt alles tot in de puntjes voor: een dag van tevoren check jij of kandidaten aanwezig zullen zijn, of alle documenten compleet zijn en waar nodig maak je ontbrekende documenten in orde.
- Na afloop doe je een follow-up: je checkt of alles duidelijk is en of de kracht kan starten.
- Naast de live sessies pak je ook de administratieve taken eromheen op, zodat alles netjes verwerkt wordt.
- Je voert volgens een vaste cyclus retentie gesprekken. Je neemt contact op met uitzendkrachten om te vragen hoe het gaat, of alles duidelijk is en of zij zich prettig voelen in hun werk.
Het is een rol vol afwisseling tussen live contact en nauwkeurig administratief werk. In de toekomst kan het zijn dat we onboarding ook op andere locaties gaan vormgeven of zelfs live sessies voor retentie organiseren.
Wat bieden wij?- Geniet van een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris tussen €2.629,- en €3.200,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
- Profiteer van een flexibel werkschema, met de mogelijkheid om ook vanuit huis te werken.
- Kies voor een werkweek van minimaal 32 tot maximaal 40 uur, afgestemd op jouw behoeften.
- Wij bieden royale secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:
- Maandelijkse uitbetaling van 13 adv dagen in het eerste jaar, na het eerste jaar kan je deze (deels) opnemen.
- Vakantietoeslag, kan ook maandelijks uitbetaald worden
- Netto vaste kostenvergoeding van € 34,- per maand
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling
- Je hebt van nature een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent gedreven om resultaten te behalen;
- Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Makkelijk met systemen maar in ieder geval Excel is voor jou geen probleem.
