Hybrid - 2 Days in Bromley Branch, 1 Day in Liverpool Street & 2 days WFH

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Perms Consultant is to ensure their personal sales results contribute to the branch achieving and exceeding strategy and KPIs. This is a role that is fast paced, requires great determination and motivation.

Personality fit is also crucial to this position. Team ethos in Office Angels is what gives the office the wings to its success.

We are open to candidates with sales and/or strong customer service experience.

The candidate will be comfortable with making high volumes of calls, be business and sales savvy alongside possessing a strong work ethic and be motivated to bring in business and meet the requirements of bringing candidates to market.

What you'll be doing

  • Achieving targets as set by the Branch Manager
  • Implementing personal business plans to achieve branch success.
  • Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the SME space.
  • Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and win the business.
  • Following market trends and developments and translating these into market strategy and sales methods
  • Conducting clients meetings as set out in your KPI’s and delivering business proposals to reflect the discussions.

  • Excellent customer service skills, going above and beyond your candidate and clients expectations.
