Head of Service Integration

Mission: to lead the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and performance of multi-supplier and Internal IT services. Drive operational excellence, deliver value through effective service delivery, and maintain alignment with business objectives. Accounable for,performance, and collaboration among providers.
What you’ll be doingStrategic Leadership: Define and implement the SIAM strategy to support the organization's business and IT goals. Establish governance frameworks to manage multi-supplier environments effectively. Act as the primary point of accountability for service integration outcomes.
Supplier and Service Management: Lead the coordination of multiple IT service providers, ensuring aligned delivery. Develop and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Build strong relationships with suppliers to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure all IT services comply with regulatory and organizational standards. Manage risks related to service integration, including performance, continuity, and security risks. Implement processes to measure and monitor supplier compliance and quality.
Process comtinous improvement and Optimization: Oversee end-to-end service management processes, including incident and requests Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Drive automation initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage/build and mentor a high-performing SIAM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Provide guidance and support for career development within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and suppliers, ensuring alignment of services with business needs. Communicate performance metrics, achievements, and issues to senior leadership.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Achievement of SLA targets and reduction in service disruptions.
- Successful integration and performance of multi-vendor services.
- Continuous improvement in service quality and cost efficiency.
- Positive stakeholder and end-user satisfaction scores.
- Minimum 5 years' higher education in IT
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in managing multi-vendor IT environments and leading SIAM functions.
- E2E understanding of the Service Management eco-system
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, using problem-solving skills.
- Good Team and Stakeholder Management
- Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, SIAM, COBIT)
- English level: expert
Education
- University Degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
- ITIL (preferably ITIL 4), COBIT, or relevant SIAM certifications
- SIAM Foundation (Minimum)
