Mission:

  • To handle all consultative sales on behalf of the company
  • To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the region
  • To orchestrate solution design by leveraging the right expert for LHH service portfolio
  • To handle multiple clients, partners & managing relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the year and ensures attainment of sales target with profitability as per guideline, across all business lines of LHH. Includes Accurate Forecasting, Pipelining, Hunting / Farming, Market Coverage and Selling
  • Prepares sales strategy to balance between hunting and farming clients for each service of LHH Portfolio, to ensure there is an active pipeline to achieve targets
  • Gathers market intelligence and orchestrates solutions by providing inputs to the SME’s; and proposing a market competitive pricing while striving to maintain profit margins as per rate card for every service within LHH Portfolio
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses, including responding to the government bids
  • Liaises with Delivery & SME team to controls expenses to meet project level profitability
  • As part of Cross-Sales, initiates, and coordinates action plans to balance between hunting and farming clients for all TAG services, including liaising with customer success / sales teams across TAG

Travel Requirements:

  • Regular (20-50%)

Key Relationships:

  • External Customers / Clients (Primary touchpoints: CxO’s, HOD’s, HR’s, Procurement)
  • External Partners – Coaches / Trainers / GiG Workforces, Assessment Orgs., Tech. Platforms, Training Providers etc.
  • Internal Stakeholders – LHH (Delivery & Solutions), F&A, Procurement, Legal
