Deine Aufgaben als Bid Manager (m/w/d)
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten für Kunden unter Einhaltung von Fristen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten, strategischen Angebotsantworten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Technik und Recht, um umfassende und wettbewerbsfähige Angebote zu gestalten
  • Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen und Verhandlungen, um Anforderungen zu klären und passende Lösungen zu präsentieren
  • Identifikation und Management von Risiken im Angebotsprozess und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung im Bid Management oder in einer ähnlichen Position, wünschenswert im B2B-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ausschreibungen, Verträgen und Angebotsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu präsentieren
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und hohe Organisationsstärke
