Situated in the picturesque city centre, you will work on a hybrid basis within the industrial function of the business.
This opportunity would be great for someone with a sales background looking to take their first step into their recruitment career or someone with recruitment experience looking to move into a new industry!
What you’ll be doingReporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Permanent Consultant isto ensure their personal sales results contribute to the branch achieving and exceedingAdecco Retails strategy and KPI’s. Utilising the Adecco Permanent Recruitment Process(TOM), the Permanent Consultant is responsible for offering a consultative approach toboth your clients and candidates.
- Achieving targets as set by the Branch Manager
- Implementing personal business plans to achieve branch success.
- Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the SME space.
- Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and win the business.
- Following market trends and developments and translating these in to market strategy and sales methods
- Conducting clients meetings as set out in your KPI’s and delivering business proposals to reflect the discussions.
- Developing a robust 5x5 candidate board which mirrors the branch market place and client requirements.
