Wat ga je doenAls Talent Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en begeleiding van een pool van Spring consultants. Je bent hun gesprekspartner, coach en talentontwikkelaar. Jouw taak is hun engagement, ontwikkeling, inzetbaarheid en performance te optimaliseren
- Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR gerelateerde topics.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en bewaken van het HR Beleid voor onze consultants. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de HR Business Partner. Je managed het verloop / uitstroom en bewaakt zo de retentiegraad.
- Je begeleidt de consultants tijdens hun hele loopbaan bij Spring. Je evaueert hun performance op projecten en coacht hen met passende opleidingen, tools waar nodig. Hierdoor kunnen we de consultants optimaal inzetten en maximaliseren we de klantentevredenheid.
- Je bent de SPOC voor de klant wat betreft het verloop van het project. Hierdoor breng je in kaart wat nodig is qua vakkennis, vaardigheden e.d. om te blijven voldoen aan de vraag van de klant, voorkom je ongeplande benches en detecteer je ook nieuwe opportuniteiten. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Career Managers.
