Internal Customer Service (m/w/d)

Poste permanent à 80% en français et allemand

Pour supporter notre équipe de spécialistes en gestion de salaire, vous traitez les demandes téléphoniques de nos clients internes Suisses.

Par une écoute attentive et des questions ciblées, vous analysez leurs besoins et y répondez immédiatement.

En cas de réclamations, vous conduisez la conversation de façon proactive et attentionnée, afin de proposer une solution à votre client, et de l’orienter vers le bon interlocuteur au sein du département des fonctions centrales.

Ce que vous allez faire
  • Traiter les diverses demandes téléphoniques concernant l’ensemble de nos services
  • Effectuer des tâches de support direct auprès des équipes en place
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue du service téléphonique
  • Coordonner le processus de mise en service avec vos collègues
  • Garantir un service professionnel, efficace et de qualité à nos clients
  • Accomplir diverses tâches administratives
  • Rencontrer régulièrement vos collèges des fonctions centrales
Au propos de vous
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et allemand à l’oral comme à l’écrit (niveau C1 requis), L’anglais est un atout supplémentaire,
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une première expérience réussie dans un Contact center ou en service Helpdesk,
  • Vous avez un attrait particulier pour les domaines de la facturation, du traitement des salaires ou encore en assurances sociales,
  • Doté.e d’une aisance relationnelle, vous avez une bonne élocution et de bonnes aptitudes d’écoute active,
  • Vous avez un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse,
  • Vous savez gérer votre stress et prioriser vos tâches,
  • Vous aimez le travail d’équipe,
  • Bonne maitrise des outils MS-Office requise,
