What you’ll be doingYou will make a difference
Did we mention that as a Recruiter you will change lives? Own the recruitment process, collaborate with management on strategy, and bridge the gap between people and opportunities every day. Love what you do, knowing that you have a dedicated team behind you. You will creatively source to generate a healthy pipeline of candidates and ensure that we satisfy client needs. Bring your passion for people and communication skills, as you screen prospective candidates for open opportunities. Feel empowered with the autonomy to make decisions, and lead trainings for new hires. We’re ready and waiting for you with the technology, training, and tools to set you up for success with Adecco. About you- Bachelor’s degree needed
- Skilled in communication and connecting with people
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Ability to learn, comprehend, and meet client needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
