As a Content Manager you will take the lead  researching, developing and delivering compelling stories behind unique solutions and create content that truly connects with our target audience.

In this Content and Copy Lead role you will be able to take a global strategic approach to creating compelling and relevant content that deepens the relationships between Adecco brands and our candidates/clients while driving the brand voice forward and keeping a pulse on the newest ideas and trends within the social space. The Content and Copy Lead must be able to conceptualize social campaigns, promote ideas, tell a story, write product copy and execute all content copy associated with such.

Responsibilities
  • Determines content mix, media, distribution channel and how to repurpose content for revenue marketing.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on Content Marketing and Social Media for The Adecco Group including all global brands and markets, devising an overall content strategy for the different brands and markets, and working to upskill and coach marketing colleagues.
  • Key content owner and expert on content production across The Adecco Group. Provides consultancy on content strategy, implementation, deployment to the global and local teams.
  • Works cross-functionally with Brand & Comms teams, Sales & Marketing teams, Digital Producers, Graphic Designers and Project Managers to drive effective, compelling content that inspires action.
  • Working alongside the global Brand Managers, translate brand identities into actionable brand voice guidelines across different media and touchpoints.
  • Responsible for, and reports on, content effectiveness for both brand and revenue generation marketing initiatives.
  • Develops content strategy based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensures all content is consistent with relevant branding strategy and target audience of each project.
  • Assists in the formulation of project objectives, strategies and tactics alongside Markets and other CoE team members, and communicates strategies to the delivery teams.
  • Working closely with the Product Org, oversees all aspects of copy development for all products including revisions, rewrites and final copy.
  • Leads strategic brainstorming sessions and campaign development for Global initiatives and assists markets and brands by providing best-practice for local ones.
  • Identifies and improves organizational development aspects that would improve quality of content (e.g. employee training, brand portals, etc).
  • Manages production schedules, solves publications issues, monitors delivery of content and sets and maintains quality standards across all facets of owned Global projects.
  • Cultivates an understanding and remains current with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensures a high quality consistent look and feel; upholding the highest design standards.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years writing experience in a specific field required.
  • Previous responsibilities managing global content strategies, global approach, deployment and working with different countries and stakeholders is a must.
  • Exceptional communications, writing, organizational, time management, interpersonal and motivational skills required.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Ability to analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and how to leverage the benefits of each platform for different content marketing scenarios.
  • Prior supervision or scheduling experience desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally.  Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent required.
