Your daily tasks with usYou will play an important role at the intersection of IT and business, where your tasks will vary, including:
Support and maintenance:
- Handling 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Coordinating the development of existing applications in our portfolio.
- Planning and leading releases and implementations.
Analysis:
- Communicating effectively with both the business side and the IT team.
- Gathering requirements and creating specifications that are converted into functional descriptions.
- Actively participating in prioritization processes together with the business side.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and being someone who sees areas for change before anyone else.
Testing:
- Mapping requirements and specifications to define test conditions.
- Designing and executing tests based on selected criteria.
Minimum 3-year education in IT or economics/administration. Relevant experience, preferably from the staffing industry, can compensate for a lack of formal education.
