Your daily tasks with us

You will play an important role at the intersection of IT and business, where your tasks will vary, including:

Support and maintenance:

  • Handling 2nd and 3rd line support.
  • Coordinating the development of existing applications in our portfolio.
  • Planning and leading releases and implementations.

Analysis:

  • Communicating effectively with both the business side and the IT team.
  • Gathering requirements and creating specifications that are converted into functional descriptions.
  • Actively participating in prioritization processes together with the business side.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and being someone who sees areas for change before anyone else.

Testing:

  • Mapping requirements and specifications to define test conditions.
  • Designing and executing tests based on selected criteria.

Qualifications we are looking for:

Minimum 3-year education in IT or economics/administration. Relevant experience, preferably from the staffing industry, can compensate for a lack of formal education.

Personal qualities:
We want a self-driven, analytical team player who has the ability to see the big picture, is structured, and takes initiative.
