Les 2 Rives, organisme de formation du groupe Adecco, est spécialisé sur la VAE et la montée en compétences par le travail.
Nous recherchons un Assistant Administratif H/F pour rejoindre nos équipes basées à Paris (75012) en CDD de 9 mois ( Avril-Décembre 2025).
Vous accompagnez la direction dans la gestion administrative des candidats souhaitant intégrer un parcours de formation. Vous assurez un rôle clé dans l’accueil, l’information et le suivi des candidats, contribuant ainsi à la qualité du parcours de formation proposé par l’organisme.
Vos missions :
Accueil et information des candidats
- Répondre aux demandes d’informations des candidats par téléphone, e-mail ou en présentiel
- Orienter et aider les candidats à s’inscrire à des sessions de formations adaptées (type AFGSU2)
- Participer aux sessions d’information collectives et individuelles
Gestion administrative des candidatures
- Réceptionner et traiter les dossiers de candidature
- Vérifier la complétude des dossiers et assurer leur suivi
Suivi et accompagnement des candidats
- Assurer le suivi des candidats avant, pendant et après leur formation
- Suivre les échéances des dossiers et relancer les candidats si nécessaire
- Mettre à jour les bases de données et outils de suivi des candidats
Support à la direction et participation aux projets
- Assister la direction dans la gestion quotidienne de l’organisme
Rémunération :
Fixe de 21.6 K€ brut + un variable trimestriel de 5%

Compétences techniques
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) et des plateformes de gestion des candidatures
Compétences relationnelles
- Sens de l’accueil et du service (gestion du standard)
- Excellente expression orale et écrite
- Capacité à écouter et orienter les candidats
- Rigueur et organisation
Compétences comportementales
- Autonomie et esprit d’initiative
- Gestion du stress et des priorités
- Travail en équipe et capacité d’adaptation
Profil recherché
- Une première expérience en relation client, administration ou dans un organisme de formation serait un plus
- Intérêt pour le secteur de la formation et de l’accompagnement des candidats
