Estamos à procura de um Delivery Consultant na especialização de Industrial & Logística para integrar a nossa equipa interna da área do PERM nos nossos escritórios do Porto, que terá um papel determinante na identificação de talento, na gestão de processos de recrutamento e na qualidade do serviço prestado aos nossos clientes

Qual será o teu impacto?
Nesta função, não estarás apenas a apoiar processos de recrutamento, terás um papel ativo na aprendizagem da área e na experiência dos candidatos, contribuindo para a qualidade do serviço e para o sucesso dos nossos clientes:
- Apoio à gestão de processos de recrutamento
- Identificação e atração de talento
- Acompanhamento de candidatos ao longo do processo
- Contributo para a qualidade do serviço prestado
- Desenvolvimento de competências na área de Recursos Humanos

Principais responsabilidades
- Gestão de processos de recrutamento do início ao fim
- Sourcing e identificação de candidatos
- Realização de entrevistas e avaliação de candidatos
- Elaboração de pareceres de candidatos
- Acompanhamento de candidatos e clientes
- Gestão e atualização de base de dados

Esta oportunidade pode ser para ti se…
- Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou áreas similares
- Tens experiência em recrutamento ou interesse pela área
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades
- Orientação para o cliente e para a qualidade do serviço
